This portal functions as an internal guest satisfaction survey tool. Reviews submitted through this portal are:

• Collected for internal quality assurance and service improvement purposes
• Not automatically published to any public third-party platform
• Reviewed by authorized hotel management staff only
• Used to identify areas of service that require improvement or commendation

After submitting feedback, all guests — regardless of their star rating — are shown an identical, optional invitation to also share their review on Google Maps. This invitation is presented in the same format and with the same prominence to every guest. The hotel does not selectively direct guests to public review platforms based on the sentiment or rating of their feedback.

Posting on Google Maps or any other third-party platform is entirely voluntary and at the guest's sole discretion. The hotel does not offer any incentive, reward, or benefit in exchange for leaving a positive review on any platform.

We fully respect and support your right as a consumer to share your honest experience on any public platform of your choice, including but not limited to:

• TripAdvisor
• Yelp
• Booking.com
• Hotels.com
• Expedia
• Social media platforms (Facebook, X/Twitter, Instagram, etc.)

Submitting feedback through this portal does not limit, waive, or affect your right to post a public review anywhere else. We do not ask you to sign any agreement restricting your right to post truthful reviews publicly.

When you submit feedback through this portal, we may collect the following information:

• Review Content: Star ratings (overall, rooms, service, location), written review text, and any additional details you provide
• Submission Metadata: Date and time of submission, approximate IP address, browser user-agent string
• Optional Profile Information: Name you voluntarily enter in the "Customize Profile" field (if used)
• Optional Media: Photos or videos selected through the upload feature (note: files are not transmitted to our servers; only their selection is acknowledged)
• Trip Details: Trip type (Business/Vacation), travel companion information, and descriptive tags you voluntarily select

We do not collect:

• Precise GPS location
• Payment or financial information
• Government-issued identification
• Passwords or login credentials
• Cookies or persistent tracking identifiers

All data collected is stored securely on our private server hosted by Hostinger International Ltd. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.

Guest feedback data submitted through this portal is retained for a period of up to 12 months from the date of submission, after which it is permanently deleted from our servers.

If you wish to request the deletion of your submitted feedback before this period, you may contact us using the details in Section 11. We will process deletion requests within 30 days. Please note that because no user accounts are created and submissions are not always tied to individually identifiable information, we may ask for approximate submission date and rating to locate your record.

Feedback data may be retained in anonymized, aggregated form (with no personally identifiable information) beyond this period for internal analytics and service improvement purposes.

By clicking "Post" and submitting your feedback through this portal, you expressly consent to:

• The collection and internal use of your submitted feedback as described in this policy
• The storage of your submission metadata (date, time, IP address) for security and quality purposes
• Hotel management reviewing your feedback for service improvement
• Being presented with an optional, identical invitation to post a review on Google Maps after submission — available to all guests regardless of their rating

Your consent is entirely voluntary. You may choose not to submit feedback at any time by clicking "Cancel" or closing this page.

This portal is intended for guests who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

This feedback portal is provided on an "as is" basis. The Hotel makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of this portal for any particular purpose.

The Hotel shall not be liable for:

• Any technical failure, data loss, or interruption of this portal service
• Actions taken by third-party platforms (such as Google Maps) after redirection from this portal
• Any misinterpretation of this portal's purpose by any user
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this feedback form

This portal does not constitute a legal contract between the guest and the Hotel beyond the terms described herein. The submission of feedback does not entitle the guest to any compensation, discount, or service remedy unless separately offered by Hotel management in response to specific concerns raised.

The content, layout, and design of this feedback portal are the property of Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Cedar Falls, or their respective creators. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any element of this portal is prohibited.

Any feedback content you submit grants the Hotel a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, analyze, and reference your feedback internally for service improvement purposes. The Hotel will not publicly attribute any specific feedback to you without your express written permission.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from the use of this feedback portal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Black Hawk County, Iowa.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of this portal after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
